The staff were all extremely kind and helpful. The setting is stunning with fabulous views of the lake. I was very grateful to previous reviewers who suggested booking a premium double on the higher floors as the view is so good, and also to have half board. The dinners were exceptionally good: a wonderful choice of salads, cold meats and fish as a starter!; a soup course; a main course of meat, fish or vegetarian; dessert and cheese. The breakfast was equally delicious and copious. The hotel has a wonderful lakeside area with lots of loungers and parasols, a lovely café, pedalos, and a shallow area for children. The indoor pool is wonderful too! I didn't try the sauna or beauty treatments.

I couldn't fault it! Everything was perfect!

We loved everything about it. The service is excellent. Everyone's service, from the luggage cleaners to the food servers. And the counter staff. Everyone. A wonderful and varied breakfast. There are no words. I looked and found no fault.
