Le prix du parcours aquatique… alors que par téléphone lorsque j’ai demandé si les activités piscine sauna… étaient accessibles aux hôtes de l’hôtel on m’a répondu que oui… sans préciser cette spécificité. Cela m’a coûté 120€ alors que je ne m’y attendais pas. J’aurais bien apprécié un geste commercial lorsque j’en ai parlé au moment du Check out.

L’emplacement et l’architecture sont époustouflants

Je n’ai pas trouvé le service digne de la catégorie de l’hôtel et l’infrastructure des thermes est vieille

Ma réservation était faite depuis le 30 janvier et ils ont mis 10 minutes à retrouver ma réservation, un problème avec le service client (apparemment) Beaucoup de monde au spa, pas beaucoup de place pour circuler et ne buvez surtout pas la tasse car le parcours aquatique est à l’eau de mer

The hotel is right on the beach and a 15 minute walk to old town. You can go straight to the thermal spa from the hotel

The market themselves as thermal spa hotel but the use of the spa is not included in the room rate, which is not made clear at any point and only when we came to check out did we find a charge for the spa on our bill. The room are quite small and the bathroom need updating. We booked a room with a city view but the view was actually just over the internal roof of the restaurant and no real view of the city. Laundry service is very expensive at €7.5 for a pair of boxer shorts (which came back not even ironed !!) and €6 for a pair of socks!!

Nous avons tout aimé, aucun point négatif ni chose à redire, c'était parfait
