How this hotel possesses a 5 star accreditation is beyond comprehension. The facilities are tired and outdated, and the food a disaster. Anyone partial to frozen tomato in the salad?

The position and parking is superb. The restaurant was fabulous. The Thallaso spa was overrated and crowded chaos but it was Sunday and the treatments and reception were closed.

Interior design of the hotel was great. There are also mazing deserts and atmosphere!

Majority of the staff (mainly in the spa area) can barely speak English so it is difficult to arrange any treatment and ask for a help. There was lack of possibility to book a place in the main restaurant for the guests of the hotel - I was told on Friday once I arrived that the restaurant is already fully booked on Saturday - I expected the hotel guests to have a priority to book a table or at least to be told in advance by the hotel that I need to book a table to eat. I had to book a table in the second restaurant but wasn’t aware that seats are going fast! Lack of fresh squeezed juices and cottage cheese / oatmeal at the breakfast was a big disappointment for a 5 star hotel.

Absolutely everything! Will come back with pleasure as the hotel is really 5*.

L'emplacement près de la plage, pouvoir se rendre au centre historique par la plage à pied. Le buffet petit-déjeuner est top. Le personnel très gentil et souriant.

Pas de disponibilité pour les massages, tout était complet !
