Seemed to be a good place for a stay on new years eve. It's well located. Refund was processed quickly after we had to cancel our booking.

The staff member I dealt with doesn't seem to know what a hot tub is. I asked him if the room had a hot tub or a spa as stated in the listing and he tried to tell me it was a misprint and was supposed to say "hot jug" for coffee. I told him the listing clearly stated the room had a hot tub, and i had to google what a hot tub/spa was to show him what that meant. He was very confrontational about this so we decided not to stay there as this staff member had really soured our experience. Disappointing.

I had a room out the back which was nice. Nice and clean, air con, relaxing amd nice comfortable bed. Had a great sleep. 🙂
