Bonne Esperance Boutique Guest House and Studio Apartments

The property may be very nice but the section I was in was not very nice at all. There was no one there to greet me and check me in. It was almost self service. After a 16 hour flight, driving from the airport to this place and then not knowing where to check in etc was not welcoming. The keys were complicated. If I went for a walk in town I had to lock my partner in the room and they had no way to get out. I sadly won’t be staying here again. Carmen at the front desk was very nice. I met her on my way out.

Friendly and attentive staff and comfortable rooms in a beautiful setting, walkable to campus and the center of town. I would return at the first opportunity.

Gorgeous property and well located. Staff very helpful and comfortable rooms.

This is the second time that I've stayed at this hotel and everything has been wonderful. It's a quiet neighborhood across the street from the Botanical Garden, yet it's a five minute walk into the center of Stellenbosch. The property itself is a comfortable B&B with every detail considered, but overall it's the staff who make every stay there a memorable one.
