Central location, nice rooms, friendly helpful staff

Great place to stay very clean tidy and modern really enjoyed it.

Stay here regularly, which says a lot. Upsides: kitchen area and breakfast basics in room, central but quiet, nice people. Downsides: reception closed in early morning (i.e. no receipt when I check out), TV in lounge area rather than bedroom for most rooms (also an upside sometimes), no restaurant/ bar/ room service.

Not much to fault other than a couple of hooks in the bathroom would be helpful

Nice room, great location, very central but still quiet (apart from the seagulls, but can't escape them in Aberdeen!) Only minor inconvenience is that reception opens at 8 in the morning, so can't get my receipt if leaving earlier than that.

Booking in after 10pm very poor - no reception and dial for assistance takes to long particularly in the rain. Not whats expected for room rates.

Not being able to get in after 10pm on check in and no pre call of reception closing at the prices for the rooms is not good. Everything else very good.

Suites are comfortable, if a little oddly designed (very little surface space to put bags etc. in the bedroom) and it is nice to have a bit of a kitchen when takeout and restaurants get boring. The score would be higher, but I left something in my room by accident when checking out on Friday, and when I returned on Monday it had disappeared. So now I don't feel that I can leave things in the room safely, which undermines the hotel a lot.

V pleasant Oasis of calm. V good value for money an expensIve city. I can also highly the nearby Cumin Indian restaurant.
