La hall è carina , bella l’idea del the o caffè caldo illimitato nel salone interno

Stanza piccolissima, sapevo fosse piccola ma dalle foto sembrava più spaziosa, inoltre abbastanza sporca e non ti fanno manco il letto o cambio lenzuola, l’unica cosa che cambiano sono gli asciugamani, bagno minuscolo

L'aurora boreale fuori dalla porta :-). La facilità di accesso e gli spazi comuni a disposizione. La gentilezza del personale. La pulizia della stanza, della biancheria e del bagno. La posizione eccellente nel centro città. Le fermate degli autobus vicine. Il terminale per prenotare i taxi. Un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

La localisation, la cuisine collective très bien équipée qui permet de manger à prix très abordable (plusieurs petits supermarchés à proximité immédiate pour faire des courses alimentaires), le calme, la vue de la salle à manger

La cordialità dello staff e la pronta risposta a qualsiasi domanda. La posizione è anche molto comoda per raggiungere i principali punti di interesse

The location is really close to the meeting point for most of the activities you can do in Tromsø so that was perfect. The room was a good size, the shower and heating were really good and the staff at reception were friendly. I didn't use the kitchen or the lounge area but both looked good from what I could see.

Not the hotel's fault but just be aware that the road leading up to it can be very icy in winter. There's a handrail on the side of the building that can help but it doesn't go all the way up to the entrance. Also the window in my room was quite difficult to open/close. It seems quite expensive BUT if put into perspective with the cost of everything in Norway, it really is probably affordable for the area.
