Le personnel disponible et souriant ainsi que les gaufres, thé, café et cookies gratuit qui est un vrai plus.

Les chambres ne sont pas terribles… j’étais dans une chambre qui menait directement sur la rue en face avec aucune possibilité d’avoir un store (pour la lumière du jour). J’avais un rideau mais cela n’était pas suffisant pour filtrer la lumière du jour avec le soleil qui était levé dès 5h du matin. De plus, comme j’étais au premier étage, j’entendais tous les bruits de pas de l’étage d’au dessus (bruit entendus alors qu’il était 22h passé, certains clients ne respectent pas les règles de bienséance). La chambre n’est pas bien insonorisée.

El personal del hotel, te daban útiles consejos especialmente el recepcionista rubio, era un crack. Nuestro barco a Lofoten salía de madrugada y nos dejaron quedarnos más tarde del chekout en la zonas comunes del hotel Cocina común amplia y salón común muy acogedor. Además tenías galletas, café e infusiones gratis. La localización es perfecta. A solo 3 minutos caminando al centro de Tromso.

Pedimos para mayor comodidad una habitación con baño propio y era perfecta, pero teníamos justo al lado de nuestra habitación el lavabo común al piso donde nos alojábamos y al usarlo mucha gente sin baño propio, era un ruido constante.

Ήταν πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης, μόλις 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Πρόσφερε δωρεάν καφέ, τσάι και βαφλες καθημερινά στην ρεσεψιόν. Μας άφησαν να παρκάρουμε δωρεάν στο πάρκινγκ του ξενοδοχείου παρότι ήταν επι πληρωμή υπό κανονικές συνθήκες.

Ηταν μικρό και όχι όσο καθαρό θα ήθελα. Στην αρχή μας έδωσαν ένα μεγαλύτερο δωμάτιο το οποίο ζήτησα να αλλάξουν διότι ο χώρος που ήταν το κρεβάτι ήταν πολύ στενός και το κρεβάτι ήταν πολύ χαμηλό. Επίσης από άποψη καθαριότητας δεν ήταν προσεγμένο και δεν έμοιαζε με το αρχικό κατάλυμα που είχα κλείσει και προπληρώσει φωτογραφίες. Μας μετέφεραν σε άλλο δωμάτιο έπειτα από αίτημα μας.

Ubicación perfecta y personal del hotel muy amable y te dan recomendaciones. Se estaba muy calentito.

We had the doudle room with bathroom which looks out over Tromso, we even saw a little streak of green aurora from the room. The staff are friendly and helpful. There's free coffee and biscuits, it's in a good location to walk to the city in 5 minutes.

Nothing.

I was travelling with my Mum so booking a 'hostel' style hotel felt risky but we had a great experience. We had a ground floor room and it was a little bit noisy but after the first night we didn't notice the comings and goings as much. We had a private room with a bathroom and it had everything we needed and the towels were replaced as needed. Tea and biscuits available in the lounge area. We didn't use the kitchen but it looked clean and tidy.
