Due to the property's central location, there is music and noise from the surrounding streets and bars late at night and during weekends The latest time that dinner can be ordered is 19:40. When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. The Old Quarter Townhouse requires all guests to provide a valid credit or debit card at check-in. The Old Quarter Townhouse is a nonsmoking hotel and this policy is strictly enforced. A minimum penalty of EUR 150 will be imposed on guests found to be in breach of this policy. The Old Quarter townhouse requires a valid credit card upon check-in for all bookings, including prepaid bookings. The credit card must be in the guest’s own name and a corresponding photo ID will be required. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. The Old Quarter Townhouse is in the city center which can mean guests may experience noise from the adjoining bar and other local bars in the area. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity in our hotel on a previous visit/stay. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person engaging in behavior which threatens the safety or wellbeing of our staff or guests, or which we feel disrespects any member of our team. What is a pre-authorization? A pre-authorization is a temporary hold of a specific amount of the available balance on a credit or debit card that is provided upon booking. The pre-authorization is not a charge and no funds have been debited from your account. How much is a pre-authorization? The amount that we pre-authorize will depend on the number of nights that you stay. Why is the credit card pre-authorized? When you give us a credit/debit card, the pre-authorization guarantees us that the funds are available to pay for any charges incurred. ***Please note that the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit card 24 hours prior to arrival. Non-valid credit cards will result in the automatic cancelation of the reservation. Breakfast is available: 8am - 10am Mon - Fri 9am - 11am Sunday and Bank Holidays.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
