De airconditioning functionerende niet. Erg warm, terwijl het buiten niet al te warm was. Raam openen is lastig, en veel overlast van de trein de hele nacht

"Very nice hotel with character"

While Lugano itself didn’t impress me, I took the opportunity to use my stay as a ‘rest day’ which mean sitting by the pool. Very easy to get to from the train station. Food at the restaurant was delicious!

No block out curtains in the room. I worked out the shutters (eventually) but it still didn’t leave the room dark. Bathroom ammenities were scarce and not environmentally friendly.

"Parkhotel - quoi vadis ?"

Die Lage und der Charme dieses Hotels sind schwer zu toppen. Ein- und auschecken sind einfach und unkompliziert. Nach bereits 4-5 maligem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel freue ich mich auf ein Weiteres mal.

Das Personal beim Frühstücks-Buffet wirkte unmotiviert, unorganisiert und auch nicht wie ein Team. Habe ich in dieser Art und Weise noch nie erlebt.
