Location, staff, space of the apartment. .

Lift, old fashion painting , insects in bathrooms and kitchen, bad smell, kitchen staff needs cleaning , no keys in bed rooms, no carpets, drinking water not enough specially for families

"In short, the stay wasn’t that comfortable."

Location is quite good.

The service was vey bad. They didn’t check the amenities of the room before my check in. Hot water wasn’t available throughout, especially during winter. When raised the complaint, there was a considerable delay in fixing the issue, by the time we had taken a shower in cold water.
