Staff was friendly and you can hear the birds and the insects due to its proximity to nature. Your room is that close to them. The rooms are for the most part clean. There is also a swimming pool. If you like rustic architecture, this place has it.

Depending on your room, the pool can be quite far away. Working online can also be mediocre depending on your room's distance from the reception area. I really think the rooms can be better equipped to control insects because the doors are spacious enough for some to get in. Note: these are not negatives but you have to be realistic about the place: it is rustic and close to nature. The rooms can be damp with a rustic smell because of them. Your place will also have many insects partly because of its location. If you dont like them, you wont like this place.

Very pleasant. Quiet location but walkable into town on a quiet back road. Secure parking. Grounds to explore. Included breakfast.

Nothing was bad. Our room was a bit small, but then it was cheap, and chosen for the comfy bed. These rooms opening onto the carpark were noisy on Saturday night because there was a festival. The grounds can only be explored by folks who are pretty nimble, as paths are very steep, narrow and slippy.

The hosts and staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our four-day stay. We could sit at our breakfast table in the morning, take in a great view, and watch all the birdlife. The hotel is just outside of Manizales, so it was easy to get into the city with our rental car and close to other sites in the area as well. Great value for the price. Would definitely recommend it.
