Das Frühstück war ausreichend und vielfältig. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral.

Der Empfang am Nachmittag war eher unfreundlichen bis überheblich. Wir waren per Mail wohl am Morgen auf die Zugangsbedingungen hingewiesen worden. Diese Mail hatten wir nicht gelesen, da schon unterwegs. Die Mitarbeiterin am Empfang fand das etwas nervig und ließ es uns spüren. War nicht angenehm als erster Eindruck. Frühstück war in Ordnung, das warme Wasser funktionierte nicht, darauf wurden wir leider nicht rechtzeitig hingewiesen.

Das Frühstück war übersichtlich, die Inhaber sind sehr von Sich überzeugt, in allen Räumlichkeiten stehen hunderte von Staubfängern (unnützer Dekokram ohne Zusammenhang und Sinn), das Zimmer geschmacklos dekoriert, Die Eingangstür(en) sind aus den 60 ern und fallen auseinander...

Völlig unfreundliches Personal. Schon bei der telefonischen Anfrage aus dem Auto während der Anreise sehr pampige und kurzangebundene Antworten zum Thema Check-in.

Alles. Ich kann die Unterkunft Hotel schwarzer Bock definitiv nicht empfehlen. Habe etwas großartiges in der Nähe (4Sterne Hotel Sonne) entdeckt mit unglaublich freundlich, serviceorientierten Mitsrbeitern, warmherzig, offen, sympathisch. Alles sauber, akkurat, grosszügige Parkmöglichkeiten kostenlos direkt am Hotel, Fitness, super Frühstücksbüffet etc.
