Die Lage war gut

Das Zimmer sah auf den Bilder schon nicht ganz so gut aus, aber in der Realität war es leider noch schlechter. Das Personal beim Frühstück war unfreundlich. Personal am Telefon sehr unfreundlich. Das Hotel ist nicht gemütlich.

A lovely family run boutique hotel. Excellent location in the centre of Ansbach and beautiful, well equipped rooms. Staff so friendly and spoke English perfectly. Access to the rooms upon check in was easy, even when we arrived at midnight. The food was delicious and fresh in the restaurant too!

The only niggle was a hairdryer wasn’t working in one of our rooms and wasn’t fixed/changed after we mentioned the problem.
