It's location.

By given an impression of near 5 star on this hotel, the reality was business use class hotels., I.e. small room with a minimum facility . Reception area is very small and poor. Definitely overpriced!?

大浴場の出入り口に無料アイスのサービスや、フロントの対応は良かったです。

お風呂場の換気扇が壊れているのか雨で濡れた服が全く乾かなかった。部屋のドライヤーも風量が弱く、冷蔵庫もあまり冷えていなかった。朝食も写真で見るよりも全然品数が少なかったです。
