The bathroom ceiling was falling all over the floor and the toilet came away from the way when you stood up

Found 8 roaches in the room I stayed in. Toilet leaked. Mildewy shower curtain. Stains on walls. Needs to be vacuumed behind the beds. HVAC didn’t work. Stains on furniture. Disgusting. Do not recommend. Whole place needs a re-evaluation, exterminator, and a drastic deep clean.

when I checked in,I never got 2 nights, only stayed one.. I showed them on my phone I had a 2 night reservation, but the employee said no no booking.com.. you need staff that speaks better English, I couldn't understand what he saying... I asked for someone that spoke English but he refused to do anything.. so I only owe for one night..

Reasonable and cheap. No door security lock in our room - did not feel safe. I cannot speak as to what was in or not in other rooms.

It was terribly noisy. Place smelled like cannibis in the parking lot. People wandering around being loud after midnight. Beds were fairly uncomfortable. Room smelled kind of mildew-y. A/C worked really really well, though! If you're just looking for a quick night's stay and are a really hard sleeper, go for it!

I booked a room here months in advance and I go to check in and they said no rooms are available and is had to sleep in my car because everyone was sold out from Bristol to Knoxville and I was too tired to keep driving

Beds were soft. One of the cheapest in town.

Bathroom door broken, no water pressure, refrigerator barely works, shower head needs replaced, toilet not properly bolted to the flange.
