Gave me a place to sleep

Alot of stains, wear and tear in room. Room was very ran down walls was very dirty. Electrical outlets only one worked in each outlet which also had lamps plugged in.

I stayed in room 111.. was suppose to hand a microwave & didn’t.. WiFi was very slow/low signal.. The carpet felt like it hadn’t been vacuumed & had sand or grit in it that made my bare feet (after my shower) turn black.. an over head duct in the bathroom above the shower was partially plastered over & had rust spots & what looked like mold or mildew all over the edges.. will not go back there again!!

Apparently this place is a favorite for the local drug dealers. The man at the front desk was fine. I went to my room, #119, the light switch did not turn anything on. I had to walk to the bathroom to turn a light. Room was very outdated and dirty. I received a prompt refund at the front desk

Do not ever book a room at the Parkway Inn in Morristown. Spread the word please I'd hate for someone else to have the experience we had. I wish I had read the reviews online before I booked. If I had I wouldn't have stayed there. Our room was beyond gross. I went to the front desk to ask if we could switch rooms and was told no because we Unmade the bed to check for bedbugs. I offered to remake it for them. I was told no so I asked for cleaning supplies to clean the room which I was given. I had to use a towel though because the mops they had were stuck in a mold and smelled horrible. I ended up cleaning the walls, the sides of the bed, the floors. I change my booking with booking.com they do all that they can. Front desk won't answer their calls. So I go down and ask and I was polite. Kill them with kindness. Man tells me to wait for his wife. I explain that I can't really wait to long because I have to be at work in sevierville. I wait a good 15 to 20 minutes, and go back in to ask how much longer does he think it'll be. Before I could even ask he yells at me to give him my crad and tells me to not come back to his property that I need to book at the Hampton next time. I paid 151.78 to stay there 2 night. I believe wanting a room without blood on the walls. Roaches smushed across the walls. Lilith being able to crawl around without her hands and feet turning solid black. One were there isn't dry pee on the toilet. The list could go on. I still can't believe the way this man talked to me, and on everything I did not once get hateful with this man. I told him as I left that I hoped he had a better day. Even after he's yelled at me.... I will say though the guy that works the front desk on night shift was the mvp of my stay and I hate that he works for such a hateful man. He was beyond sweet and felt so bad and embarrassed of the whole situation and he was the one who gave me the cleaning supplies.

Microwave completely rusted with bits of food in it. Bath tub with many cigarette burns. Gnats and spiders in room. Floor was really dirty and black. Writing on the bathroom ceiling and AC unit. Shower had very long black hair on the wall and tub and we don't have long black hair! Then the kicker was drug deals going on the parking lot. We left and got another room. Went to turn in keys and no one there so left them in drop box. Called and asked for a refund of my second night and they refused! DON'T STAY AT THIS PLACE! ITS AWFUL.

The folks who run the hotel are very nice. Honestly this was amazing stay. The room was clean, everything worked.

Everything was great. The toilet had a slight leak but I tightened it up, myself and it stopped leaking
