I’m a longtime Marriott member, and this was one of the most disappointing stays I’ve had. The service was poor, and staff were neither helpful nor communicative. Breakfast was gone before 8 a.m., and no one from the food service team offered any assistance. For $288 a night, I expected much better service and quality. The grounds were not well maintained — there were no chairs by the fire pit — and my shower had no hot water. To make matters worse, my friend had booked a room from Friday to Sunday, but the hotel didn’t have a room for him on Friday. At checkout, no one even asked how my stay was or if I had any feedback. For a Marriott property, this level of service was far below expectations. Overall, this hotel did not meet Marriott standards and was not worth the high price.

Everyone was nice. Very smooth check in. Room was clean and comfortable. We like leaving our car here and taking their shuttle to the airport. Shuttle driver was great.
