smell in bathroom,outside windows dirty ,no western cutlery in apartment .overall the decor is shoddy needs an update

Big room and complete facility example microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, dish washer, etc. The breakfast has many foods for choosing.

It is a little far from subway. Need to take time 5 - 10 min for walking.
