전반적으로 시설이 노후되었고 윗층 층간소음, 특히 의자 끄는 소음이 장난 아니고 복도 소음도 전혀 방음이 안 됨. 샤워부스에 물도 잘 빠지지 않아 불편 했음.

낡은 호텔일거라 생각 했는데 내부는 깨끗하게 인테리어가 되어 있네요 따뜻하구요 스키장 리프트와 가까워서 편하구요

직원들도 친절하고 룸컨디션도 굳. 볼거리(뮤지엄딥다이브)랑 저녁,커피 다 가까운데서 해결해서 좋았어요. 다만 저희는 낮은층이라 창문열면 시멘트가 눈부시게 비춰서 커튼닫고 살았습니당

Good sides: it’s right in front of the ski slopes, which is amazing! Lots of eateries nearby, in the Tower Plaza. Discount for rental and ski pass. Staff very helpful, speaks good English! considerations: Chalet restaurant doesn’t have many options, it’s overpriced. Room temperature very slow adjustable, either too warm or too chilly. Rain shower doesn’t work. Swimming pool closed. WiFi had problems. Shuttle bus doesn’t follow the schedule and leave the guests behind. Very stressful to sort it out.

Sufficient amenities to cater for a trip to ski or see snow. Several eateries around the area and supermarkets are available as well.

호텔 주변에 다른 리조트 콘도 등 숙박시설이랑 케이블 카 등 즐길거리도 많아서 좋았는데 호텔에도 상비약이 구비되어있지 않고 편의점에도 상비약이 없어서 약 구하러 차를 타고 한 10분 정도는 가야해서 그게 불편했습니다.
