Mona Yongpyong

Actually the hotel has been renovated recently for preparation of Olympic. But only problem of the hotel is insufficient parking places.

The front staff was so friendly and helpful to us. We checked in early and yet they upgraded us to a brand new renovated suite ! So wonderful ! the heating was from the floor so it felt very comfortable, the suite is very clean and new ! They are preparing for the 2018 winter olympics. the ski slopes was just outside the hotel, it seemed that this hotel is the closest to the Ski house , where you'll get all your tickets and ski rental equipment. There's also a office for assistance for english speaking guests, who helped us get information. We enjoyed our stay very much ! Will return again !

Good hotel and very near to Ski place, the price is a little bit expensive but worth. Facilities are all good.

Had 2 nights stay at the resort. Front desk staff not very friendly. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. No complaint. There was limited choice for restaurants. Only 1 restaurant was open to guest for dinner on 30 Nov till 2 Dec. Ski slopes were fantastic . Overall it was a nice resort for winter and ski.

Overall it's a comfortable stay in a resort. There was enough food & convenient stores. There isn't much to do do we went for facial, gondola & snowboarding. Rental of gear for snowboarding was easy. The gondola ride up to sightsee Dragon Peak was beautiful. We wanted to go to the Coffee Street at Anmok Beach (40mins ride) but ended up having to book the whole bus because we were the only ones going...so it was kinda expensive.

Great hotel for skiing.

My second stay this year. Yongpyong resort is the biggest ski resort in Korea, so it is best for skiiing. Since this time, i went in late Nov, only 5 slopes were open out of about 16 slopes. Last feb, all the slopes are open and i love the long gondola slope. Food options are good but this time, not all restaurants were opened becoz it is offpeak season. The front desk and concierge were understaffed. But dragon valley hotel is clean and they have upgraded my room again. So, i would come and visit here again.

Great hotel close to Olympic venues. Surprised by easy access to ski slopes. Must do the gondola ride to the top of the mountain to see amazing views.

Good hotel for your skiing adventures here. Nice and comfortable and the staffs were accommodating.
