"One night stay"

Nice friendly staff, bar and bistro were great. Everything has improved since we last visited approximately 4 years ago.

Hotel didn't receive our early check in request or gluten free breakfast request. False fire alarm at 7.15am they said was a shower fault but we smelled cigarette smoke.

"still good price for hotel with swimming pool but in clear need of TLC"

location near fistral beach, good view as on hill though our room was overlooked so had to close curtains. swimming pool

hotel in clear need of TLC, no attention to detail, poor signage. Lock on the changing room in swimming pool inexistent so my partner opened a door and a woman was getting changed. Gym was out of use until further notice and we hadn't been informed before booking. Ceiling light was dusty, not a great mattress, cupboard door was banging so we had to leave it open and block it with something. the bin and the hand wash looked like there were just bought at a cheap shop... you could expect this from a studio you rent on airbnb but not a hotel.
