Kernos Beach

Really nice hotel at the sea front with own beach, as well as olympiuc sized swimming pool. Great service by friendly staff. Good food. We had half-board, but quite soon we changed the dinner to lunch instead, which we thought was more convenient just to get some lunch at the pool and then have the flexibility to eat wherever we wanted in the evenings. The air condition in the rooms was working fantastic. Even temperature, no noice, no "storm". Comfy beds. I only wish there was a gym equipped with some free weights and not only machines. And some organized water aerobics or other sport activities. Nice tennis court with pretty good rackets and balls to use for free The life guard at the beached helped with booking water sports like water jets, paragliding etc - that was great. He called and few minutes later you were picked up at the beach by a water scooter taking you to the activity! They also helped us renting a boat (no driver's license needed), and also for this we were picked up at the hotel and taken to the small port of Malia. I strongly recommend this!! Every day at noon there was a nurse/doctor visiting the hotel - great service! A great hotel with a lot of things to do. Or to just relax!

Der uns zugeteilte "Bungalow" war zunächst ein ebenerdiges Hotelzimmer, nach einigen Tagen durften wir in einen richtigen wechseln.

Very clean and comfortable, good amenities, plenty of choice at breakfast/dinner, helpful and friendly staff. Would highly recommend!

Consistency, for years the same friendly staff in the hotel. is always a "coming home".

God foot, restaurant an beach bars gentli and fine. Sand beach, flowers and palms every were. Bungalows verry god. Beach near hotel. Tennis, minigolf and fitness. Calm but not boring

Leider war das Essen weder ansprechend noch abwechslungsreich. Für das wöchentliche griechische BBQ muss ein Aufpreis bezahlt werden. Für das Geld sind wir lieber draußen essen gegangen. Schöner Strand, nettes Personal. Großzügige Zimmer.

Spacious grounds so it never felt crowded, wide beachfront adjoined to hotel so we could always get a spot on the beach, spacious room & bathroom, plenty of variety for breakfast & dinner buffet & food quality was also very good. We hired a car to look around but found it hard to leave the resort & beach as it was so nice & relaxing. Lovely pool & gardens to relax around if you didn't want the beach.

Sehr schönes Hotel, sehr, sehr nette Mitarbeiter, tolle Lage, keine laute Partymeile in der Nähe, sehr schöne und zweckmäßige Zimmer, großer Pool, schöner Außenbereich zum Essen mit Meeresblick, Fitnessraum mit Geräten, extrem vielfältiges, leckeres, großes Abendbuffet, tolles Frühstück, 1x wöchentlich Grillabend....etc. Wir waren als Familie mit großen Kindern (16,20) da und uns hat es allen super gefallen....Das einzige "Negative" ist, dass man im Zimmer oft Türen knallen hört, wenn andere Gäste die Türen nicht leise schließen ....und die Wassermenge aus der Dusche war etwas wenig zum "lange Haare ausspülen".....Aber ansonsten alles TOP und absolut weiterzuempfehlen !!!
