"Shower is deceiving."

the food and the service was excellent the room was clean

The shower wasn't great, the bathroom is big but the shower cabin is tiny and there's no fixed shower head. You have to hold the douchette to wash your head. The room and bathroom were really cold and there's no heating working. Also no telephone to contact reception.
