"Stay away from this place"

Nice location, decent comfort, RUDEST EVER owner. I have been shouted at, and called bird names because I questioned the 25 eur breakfast price for my 9 years old daughter. Bye the way the breakfast does not include orange juice (8 eur additional) neither eggs (10 eur additional). Customer centricity has never visited this place. If you want to enjoy your holidays, check in somewhere else

"very nice place with a very good location"

I was there this year in the late summer. First thing you see is a completely new and very beautiful terrace. When you enter (a few steps down on your right side) you have a very cosy bar with an open fire place. The (breakfast) restaurant is on your left side. Very nice glasshouse style on the streetside. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean. From the moment you enter the hotel as well on the outside as on the inside you notice that the hotel is very well kept. The owner apparently loves antiques, which you see all over the hotel. The location of the hotel is perfect. You cross the street and after 50 meters you are on the beach. Furthermore the hotel has event and meeting possibilities. There is a nice large meeting room in the basement. And the hotel has a parking lot. So, I can really advice this hotel for a beach vacation. Afterall Knokke (zoute) is the most beautiful place on the Belgian coast.

Hotel war in Ordnung, das Personal war hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war seinen Preis nicht wert, der zusätzliche Orangensaft sehr teuer. Auch der hauseigene Parkplatz war sehr teuer (25 € pro Nacht). Der reguläre Preis für eine Nacht (ca. 750 €) ist total überteuert und irreführend.

"Charmant hotel"

Charmant hotel met fantastische bedden, badkamer met al zijn faciliteiten en toebehoren , vriendelijk personeel en uitgebreid ontbijt . Een groot pluspunt voor ons dat huisdieren met veel liefde er ook welkom zijn . TOP
