personne injoignable au téléphone que par SMS numéro de porte et de chambre faux, je suis arrivé et j'avis une chambre déjà occupe chambre avec urine sur les WC, pas propre et lit je sais pas si cela avait été changé

J avais demandé un lit supplémentaire qui m à été proposé gratuitement sur booking. Sur place il m a fallu payé 12€ pour un petit clic clac.il n y avait q une seule serviette et n avait pas du être changée car elle était mouillée! A fuir
