Food in restaurant very good

Accommodation has seen better days and was very cold and hard to keep warm.

Pool was lovely , restaurant evening meal was fine. We were cycling ojos negros route and location is perfect. right next to bike path, albeit a steep drop down. Good campsite shop. Sitting on bungalow veranda was very pleasant, great view

Bungalow reminded me of 70s holiday flats in uk! Small spaces, pokey, tired, a bit fusty, shower door fell off, shower panel was loose on the wall, had to pay extra for towels and sheets, for the price they should have been included. All of this wasn't too bad but sadly the village had an ACRO-YOGA festival last night event with blaring noise, booms, music, fireworks from 10pm til 4am!! So preventing anything like a good nights sleep after a long bike ride. The reception could at least have warned us!

One of the highlights of our visit was encountering the compassionate staff, who went above and beyond to assist us, even rescuing a distressed kitten from a tree. Their kindness truly exemplified the spirit of hospitality that permeates the campground

The entire facility is perfect for those people looking for tranquility, peace and contact with Mother Nature. I want to thanks to Gloria the receptionist who was kind and very cordial and I also want to thanks Susana the waitress at the restaurant, both were incredible people with a friendly and cordial treatment who made our stay as if we were at home, thank you girls, I will definitely return soon.

Good location for walking and a beautiful place to stay. I can see why families enjoy their stay here. It was very pretty and clean. The shop is very useful.

There were noisy campers next to me, which is to be expected but they were teeanges so not as expected as children. I'd asked for bedding and towels in advance but they weren't there when I got in and by the time I realised reception was shut so I had an uncomfortable first night. I asked twice if I could have my dog next to the pool and was told yes by reception (obviously not in the pool) but then on the 2nd day another resident complained so I was asked to leave which was embarrassing as I'd been told it was OK and it was the only place to escape the very hot weather. Big groups of children were at the pool in the afternoons, seemed like a school trip and not residents. Most of this I should have really expected or could have been avoided in other circumstance, but all together it took away from my experience a bit.
