"Superb"

Great location. Very friendly staff. 8-15 minutes from several cable cabins and many hiking routes around. Amazing view from our room.

"Not a good value for what we have paid."

The breakfast was good.

The dinner was really bad and for 52 euro per guest…. We could get a much value elsewhere. The gym is allowed only for 16 years and above, which wasn’t really reasonable. Our son of 14 who used to go to a local gym was asked to leave in a very bad manner.

"Just ok but beautiful views"

Lovey location and views

No air conditioning in room which was 27-29C throughout my stay. Very loud if opening windows. Staff refused to give me the free to guests public travel card when I was told on the last morning this is something that should have been offered to me by another guest. No soap in room and fridge smelt bad. Overall, barely 4* compared to other places I’ve stayed

"Exceptional"

The hotel was incredible, we had an astonishing view from our room, the service was amazing and we were treated very nicely, a special thank you to Christian and Valentina.

The only thing we didn't like that the mattress of the extra bed.

Väldigt trevligt Hotel, vacker utsikt och bra rum. Valde halvpension och det var mycket lyckat. Maten superbra och frukosten bland de bättre jag smakat. Återkommer gärna igen

We booked hotel as part of a ski trip. Hotel offers great shuttle service and also additional attractions such as Early Bird skiing or Sella Ronda (additional costs). Spa is very nice. Highlight is the very friendly and efficient team at front desk, bar and restaurant who are excellent.
