"Waste of time and money"

This hotel is a major dissapointment. The expensive price and online pictures create expectations and show a great hotel. Yet, some of the reception staff is not interested or motivated to provide service. Only the one cleaning lady and concierge are sweet and are trying their best.

The reception staff is not interested to provide the service that the hotel pretends to give based on the good looking online pictures and expensive hotel price. Guests have to remind reception several times before they might take any action. Many rooms that are not in the online pictures are not rennovated and therefore old and for example even the toilet in the room does not work properly. The towels are so old and only deserve a place in a 1star hotel. The room service is unable to serve the order, each time something is missing or wrong. The breakfast is 18 usd per person for litteraly a boiled egg and some bread. No idea how the hotel can ask 18 usd for something like that. The hotel closed the gym and pool while this is not communicated online and guests are paying for these services even they are not available. Reception staff is not interesered to bring a solution or discount or anything that a guest might need. This hotel would be fine if it would ask 2star regular hotel prices. Right now the price is so high it is not deserving. Only the location of the hotel is good.

Every thing! The location and the hotel it self contains many facilities Upon our arrival, the surprise us with free room upgrade .. I loved this hotel and definitely will visit again!
