Hotel Christophe Colomb

Great location. I cannot praise the reception staff enough specially Catherine(I hope I spelled her name right). We were greeted by their warm welcome on arrival.

You could hear the guests in the next room; especially when they were in their bathroom. At breakfast on one day the employees walked around the room and asked whether anyone needed more coffee/tea; on the next day they didn't approach guests at all and I had to ask for more coffee. The room itself was clean and the location served my purposes.

The hotel is very good for the price we paid (150). The staff is very helpful and nice. The location is between the center and train station but there is a tram in front of the hotel (every 4min) and takes lets than 5 min to the center. By foot it's around 20min. I wouldn't pay for the breakfast since the selection is very limited. Lots of options around. If you come with the car you can use a garage (20 Euro) but I suggest Park and Ride which is convenient and the tram is free (just 15min by tram while the parking is 500m from the hotel)

Breakfast was very nice ,friendly service Room clean and comfy,reception wise ,when arriving ,could have done a bit better with the welcoming ,after the long drive i had all day,but overall value for money

Hotel Christophe Colomb is excellently located in Luxembourg city. Whilst a bit old-fashioned, the hotel is clean, functional and the staff is friendly. Breakfast consists of cold meals.

Hotel was about 8 mim walk from Central Station. Easy walk to many major tourist sites like Adolphe Bridge, Grund etc. Beds are comfortable. Pillows are not comfortable. Rooms are clean. Not a lot of dining options close on a Sunday. Continental breakfast is fine.

The hotel was clean and tidy and the room was a good size with twin beds. Bathroom is compact. Breakfast was excellent. If you are coming by car, parking is a nightmare - street parking is difficult.

The property is very well located to the city center as well as the train station. The room was spacious and very clean. The continental breakfast was very good.
