Not alot. It was close to town.

This was the most expensive room in our trip at $474 for one night. It is called the Executive Suite but it is anything but. Very dated, the shower is straight out of the early 90’s, the chopping board is a piece of old bench top and falling apart. A lick of paint and fresh carpet does not an Executive Suite make. To use the word executive is very misleading as it is anything but. Do yourself a favour and stay anywhere else in Franz. Very overpriced.

The staff were friendly and acclimated our late arrival efficiently

Poor Over priced

The accommodation was spacious and very clean. Service was excellent, even on Christmas Day when everything was closed, which was much appreciated. It’s in a great location within walking distance to the main street. The room had a smart TV, a well-sized kitchen, a decent-sized mini fridge, and super strong, reliable Wi-Fi. The staff were fantastic — friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay.

Parking can be a little tricky if you’re staying in one of the cottages, but it wasn’t a deal breaker.
