En önemli özelliği yeri, Oldtown'ın içerisinde kalıyor ama aslında kenarında diyebiliriz. Kotor zaten ufacık bir yer olduğu için kalınacak yerin çok da bir önemi yok bence. Evin sahibi giriş yapacağımız gün dediği saatte geldi ve evi teslim etti. Biraz aksi bir adam ama işini yaptı. Önce olumlu görüşlerimi yazayım: 1. Ev sahibi dediği saatte geldi ve evi teslim etti. 2. Ev temiz ve düzenli. Çok kalmadık ama ben eksik bişey de göremedim

1. Bizim kaldığımız daire "0" ışık alıyor, pencerenin karşısında duvar var ve pencere de panjurdan dolayı tam açılmıyor, oldukça kasvetli yani.3 aile gitmiştik, diğerlerinin daireleri de kısıtlı ışık alıyordu 2. Yatak kalitesi çok kötüydü, her sabah bel ağrısı ile uyandık 3. Banyoda duşa kabin yok, duş aldığınızda her taraf su içinde kalıyor 4.. 100 turistin 90'ının Türk olduğu bir yerde TV'de 400 kanalın 1 tanesi bile Türk kanalı değil (meraktan baktım). Bu da düşüncesizlik bence. 5. Kullan - at terlik yoktu, havlular da eski ve sertti.

Konum

Konumu çok iyiydi, ev sahibi çok ilgiliydi. Ev tertemiz bir şekilde teslim edildi. Tüm her şeyi çalışıyordu, havlular tuvaletler de tertemizdi. Hem merkezi hem de sakin bir yerdeydi.

The apartment has been beautifully renovated and is lovely, as depicted in the photos. Bathrooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. The location near the north gate is extremely convenient, and the whole of Old Town is easily accessible on foot from your door.

There is a bar located on the street level of the building just below the apartment that had an EDM dance party (think vibrating walls and floors) until 1 or 2 in the morning on the first night, and then was just busy and loud with normal drinkers until about midnight on the second night. I don't want anyone else to have this happen to them unexpectedly, so I suggest that you only rent this apartment if you are planning to stay out late and party the night away while you are visiting Kotor. The apartment also had really terrible internet connectivity - the owner worked diligently to improve this during our stay (we just asked him about it when it wasn't working for us, we didn't ask him to fix it per se) but if this is something that is important to you, I suggest inquiring about current status. Finally, the arrival/check-in instructions that were accessible to us while in transit without internet access said that if we had provided an arrival time then the host would meet us at the building at the arrival time. Unfortunately the host wanted to us to contact him 15 minutes prior to our arrival (we arrived at the precise time we had provided) and had left the building. We were able to get in contact and ultimately he did provide us with access codes without too much delay. However, he repeatedly criticized us for not having followed instructions (there were different instructions that were accessible if you had internet access, which we didn't while in transit) - even several days later after we had departed (!).
