Absolutely fabulous intimate boutique accommodation. Spotlessly kept, clear and clean pool. Wonderful apartment. Super quiet and very close to the sea etc.

Close walking distance to access the main strip of Malia, plenty of parking available, lovely owners who greeted us on arrival. Bar & pool area very clean and tidy!

They cleaned our apartment the next day, and changed the towels. They cleaned the apartment every 3 days after the the second day. We were so happy with the place that we extended our stay for a further 5 nights, from the 20th of May, until the 25th of May. The property is maintained constantly. The pool is large, and one of the best pools that I have used. The sun decks are made from a comfortable leather type of material, and are extremely comfortable. The apartment is well equipped. Fridge, cooker, extractor, air conditioning, tv, cutlery, plates, cookware, etc. The outdoor area is very well maintained. The cleaner does a good job of cleaning the floors inside the apartments. The bedding is changed every 3 days. There are blankets in the wardrobe if it is cold at night. The beach is not too far. It is a nice walk to the multiple beaches in Malia. There are two supermarkets that are a few hundred metres away from the hotel. There is an excellent choice of restaurants and bars in Malia, that are modern, and on trend.

My wife stayed here recently and was very impressed with the standard of accommodation.It was immaculately clean, beautifully furnished, bright and new.Staff were exceptionally helpful.She liked the location,near to the centre,and felt very secure.She particularly liked the swimming pool which unusually she used.Spent most of evening on the large patio overlooking the pool.As I mentioned in my previous review this place is a little gem.

Very good location in a quiet district, nice territory with the pool and a small bar, clean room with a balcony and air conditioner.

Quite a small bathroom, but it is suitable for a few days stay.

Very nice studio ,huge bed very comfortable. Basic kitchen area but that's absolutely fine for what we wanted. Very clean . Room service everyday . Plenty of bedding and towels , complimentary shower gel and soap . Two balconies,very nice . Very quiet location , close to all the shops restaurants and old town etc . Busses are frequent . Lovely 👍

Great location, 5-10 mins walk from the Old town and the top of the main strip. Easy to walk to Potamos Beach or to Stalis if you dont mind a bit of a walk. Very generous size room and beds. And Balcony was huge bigger than some flats. Lovely quiet area on a night but well lit up area. Pool lovely and clean and even had it all to myself pn occasions. Staff are lovely and friendly and not forgetting Pedro who comes around wagging his tail for a fuss by the pool.

The setting is small, therefore extremely friendly and you feel like you are visiting friends. Our apartment was no 4, steps away from the pool, perfect for what we needed. Manos and Katarina go out of their way to ensure you enjoy your stay
