QC Hotel Bagni Vecchi

The spa and the view from the room were stunning!

When we first checked in, we noticed large blood stains on the bed sheets. After informing the staff, we were initially asked to change the sheets ourselves. Eventually, a staff member came to replace them, but did so with a visibly annoyed attitude and without offering an apology. At check-out, we raised the issue again with the receptionist, who was apologetic. However, when she attempted to contact the manager, she was told they were busy and showed little concern. This situation represents a serious health and safety issue. Additionally, no form of compensation or gesture of goodwill was offered. While the hotel itself and the overall experience were otherwise pleasant, this incident was extremely unpleasant and handled very poorly.
