QC Hotel Bagni Vecchi

Rapporto qualità/prezzo decisamente sbilanciato rispetto ad altre strutture QC.

Terme, cibo (specialmente colazione), stanza, struttura stessa.

L’accoglienza al nostro arrivo, persona molto apatica, scorbutica. Posteggi organizzati MALISSIMO per i clienti dell’hotel!! Ovvero durante il giorno fanno entrare milioni di persone, portando la conseguenza che i clienti dell’hotel non hanno possibilità di posteggiare! Inoltre; la mia ragazza faceva gli anni, sul sito dicevano che: proponevano sconti etc, alla reception la signora in accoglienza gli ha risposto in modo sgarbato “non faccio nulla, perché hai prenotato da Booking, senza neanche proporre qualcosa di “carino”.

The spa was amazing, with so many different thermal baths and sauna options. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. The amenity kit included a relaxing face mask.

The spa area had too many people. Many people were talking very loud (including one person making a call inside a relax room), people were smoking outside next to the thermal baths). Some of the baths were visibly dirty, with some hair/plastic/algae floating. The place has a lot of potential and the price is too high for the capacity it allows or the cleaning standards. The restaurant has a sign on the door saying lunch from 12-15. We went for lunch at 14:30 and were informed that lunch is only available until 14:00 (while we, surprised, pointed at the signed in the door). The staff allowed us to take some food from the buffet but we ended up rushing and paying 60 EUR for an uncomfortable lunch of a mini plate of cheese and prosciutto as the staff clearly needed us to leave.
