Noisy goons incar park adjacent,late in the evening,no utensils in the unit. No control of tenants casual attitude to other tenants including parking positions

Turned aircon on and dirt and dust blew out into my face, no extra pillows no electric blanket no tissues coffee cups still had dirty stains in them and everything was dirty and old.
