Breakfast was good with homemade quiches and juices. There is a nice view of the pool at breakfast and it is a nice place to hang out. The hotel felt very secure and is in a "compound". It has tall walls and you must buzz in through a locked steel gate before you can get in. The staff are friendly and helped us organise a taxi over to Argentina.

This was by far the worst room we stayed in, in both Argentina and Brazil. It looked to have been a converted spa room or similar. It didn't match at all of any of the photos we saw on booking. There was no space at all. We struggled to layout either of our suitcases. There was only one window in the room, but you had no privacy as people from outside could see in very easily. The shower had no pressure and was very unpleasant. There was only one socket in the entire room. Additionally there was only one light, but it was so bright and white, that every time it turned on, I thought I was going to surgery. By far the biggest issue was the noise. There is a gap around the doors, so any noise at all in the lobby or hallways will be heard. We woke up each day at 5am to people chatting in the lobby. If you are staying here, request a room on a top floor, or over the breakfast area.

This point is for the hotel's location; it's close to the bus stop, making it convenient to go to the waterfall.

On the day of our check-in, the front desk gave us room number 29, located at the far end of the second floor in the hotel's back courtyard. There was a large black water tank in front of the room. We were taken to this room, and the staff made no mention of the disturbing noise coming from it. We only discovered the continuous noise, like a washing machine running, coming from upstairs when we returned to our room that evening. Around 12:30 AM, unable to sleep, we got up and went to the front desk. The staff on duty came to our room, confirmed the noise, and told us it was coming from the water pump in the tank, a sound that couldn't be stopped. We then requested a room change. After much hassle, we finally lay down to sleep around 1:30 AM, unable to get a good night's rest. The next morning, we told the front desk lady what had happened, but she didn't even apologize, assuming that since we had changed rooms, the problem was solved. We then emailed the hotel to file a formal complaint, requesting a refund for the first night's room as compensation, but the hotel refused.
