Flowers Apartments

Al centro della citta storica ma il parcheggio non é lontano. lo appartamento é ben isolato dal rumore, molto pulito. A 2 minuti a piedi dal lago. Il nostro ospite è stato gentile e ha fatto di tutto per rendere il nostro soggiorno il più piacevole possibile. Anchora grazie a lui. Torneremo volentieri.

Fantastyczna lokalizacja, wszędzie bliziutko, na dole restauracje i sklepik oraz piekarnia, praktycznie nad samym portem. Właściciel wyjątkowo pomocny. W apartamencie jest wszystko, łącznie z pralką. Dostępne są kosmetyki jeśli ktoś zapomniał. Zestaw kawy i herbaty na pierwsze chwile. Oliwa z oliwek, przyprawy, środki do mycia naczyń. Generalnie nic nam nie brakowało. Apartament oczywiście klimatyzowany.

L emplacement

Tiziano ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter und netter Vermieter. Wir haben sogar eine größere Wohnung bekommen als gebucht. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und sauber. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr gut und leise. Wohnung liegt im Zentrum, so dass alles direkt vor Ort ist. Zum Strand sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß.

Die Einzelbetten im zweiten Schlafzimmer sind recht hart.

The location is perfect to immerse in Desenzano life: everything is at the doorstep and at the same time no disturbance from the nightlife. Bakery, grocery store, bike rent just outside the door. Train station is 15 min fast pace walk away. Buses and ferries are around the corner. Common spaces and the apartment are very clean. Kitchen has lots of equipment and fridge has a freezer. Bathroom is spacious and there's a washing machine. Bedding and towels are good quality and enough. Wardrobe is spacious and plenty of hanging space. There's a laundry horse and an ironing board. Lightning is good, enough mirrors. Easy contact with the manager via WhatsApp. Straightforward check-in upon arrival at the nearby office. WiFi and air-conditioning are working fine.

The apartment we got only had windows facing the common area, outside patio, so no privacy: curtains closed and lights on. Patio is first come first serve basis and it's allowed to smoke there. So keep your expectations timid. We were not lucky with a family taking several other apartments, they stayed outside chain-smoking and talking pretty much all the time. We didn't cook, but there's no work surface in the small apartment in the kitchen. I can relate to the other reviews about the mattress. Beware there are "house rules" not listed in the description; so align your expectations/needs with the management beforehand and avoid surprises. Overall this can be a great stay.
