"Leider nicht mehr wieder"

Schöne Lage, traumhafter Pool, sehr freundliches Personal am hoteleigenen Strand

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal dort, leider zum letzten. Der Preis hat sich fast verdoppelt, das Frühstück und die Pizzen haben sich halbiert. Zudem hatten wir diesmal nur ein kleines Zimmer, zu dem man 10 (!) Minuten laufen musste und das mit Kleinkind. Personal durchweg arrogant, nur die Putzfrauen haben gegrüßt. Alles, was mal den Charme des Hotels ausgemacht hat (kleiner Zug zum Strand, frischer Service beim Frühstück etc.) gibt es nicht mehr. Nur noch geeignet für Firmenevents.

A partire dalla lentezza del check-in, nulla è stato come previsto. Arredamento delle camere (almeno quelle al fuori del corpo centrale) agghiacciante, illuminazione stile ospedale come le porte e il letto stesso.Aria condizionata che funziona senza una logica e nemmeno una coperta di cortesia.Insonorizzazione non si sa nemmeno cosa sia, e il terrazzino sembra un recinto.Non mi prolungo sul disagio del momento in cui è andata via la corrente.Pulizia mediocre (specchio pieno di ditate e pavimento impolverato).Un vero peccato per una struttura che dall esterno e dal nome promette una grande potenzialità

Front desk team were excellent. Great facilities - pool, beach, football/padel courts. Location is excellent.

Room was rather small. F&B service was slow at times! Breakfast selection not as extensive as I was expecting. Maintenance in the bedrooms not excellent - silicone peeling off in the bathroom, light in bathroom not working, although it was replaced quickly. Some of the lifeguards were not sensitive to children - if the Hotel/some areas are not child friendly, this must be clearly communicated.
