Florence Lighthouse Inn

Very Welcoming and close to shops, a very quiet room and comfortable bed ,

The owner is exceptionally nice and friendly. Like most older properties on the coast its a bit worn around the edges . Mold is a constant fight on the coast and he's let this slip. Breakfast was late and no eggs available. Priced well.

This was a great stay. It is an older hotel with lots of charm. The staff were super friendly and helpful. There is a wonderful sheet that is given listing many of the local places to see, where they are and how to pronounce them. He also pointed us in the direction of an Elk viewing area where we did spot some elk. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The location is terrific! The facilities are a bit rundown and wonky, but staff is great. Grab breakfast elsewhere and enjoy the location as you take in all of the things Florence!

Very friendly staff. Room was comfy and close to old town and the beaches. Very good bang for the buck. WIll definitely stay again

Awesome owner who was very friendly

Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and have a mini fridge and microwave. Breakfast was included. Pets are allowed with a small fee. Gave us a room that made sense for us having a dog (close to the grass area, etc). Pleasant stay overall.

If you're looking for 5 star accommodations with all the amenities, go elsewhere. If you're ok with homey atmosphere and quaint quiet rooms, definitely check here. Super nice owner. Barley biscuits and gravy fresh made every morning. Walking distance to Old Town.

The rooms cleanliness wasnt the best. They don't move furniture to vacuum and it showed. There were old dead bugs under the night stands and spider webs. Under the fridge was someone's fake nail that you could easily see from just opening the door on the fridge. There was also smashed bugs on the walls. The bed was comfortable, but we were just more concerned about the cleanliness of the room to properly enjoy it. The building is an old hotel that needs some TLC.

The property and accommodations were very run down, the kitchen wgere breakfast was served was cluttered and dirty, the coffee pot looked like it had never been washed. The carpet in our room was stained and dirty, the shower had mildew on the ceiling. The motel itself had seen better days, very run down. Although, the bed was very comfortable and nice, everyrhing else left a lot to be desired.
