Hotel itself is definitely in need of a real cleaning top to bottom. Staff was really friendly and accommodating. Got our room and it was dank and smelled awful, and I mean awful. So much so that we had to request a room swap, first time I have ever done that. Staff came up to our room and brought us another room key. Very accommodating and professional, which was great as we were a bit embarrassed to ask for a new room. The new room had water leaking out of the mini fridge, the ceiling had water stains and peeling paint, and the shower was quite dirty. No cups for the in room coffee pot leaving me to feel like we paid a premium price for a low end budget motel.

Don't go here unless you have no where else to go with your pet. About once a year, I find myself needing to book a hotel in Tulsa with my pet and unfortunately, this hotel is the best deal. It doesn't matter how many times I have complained to Marriott about its inadequacies, they don't do anything about it. There's always exterior doors that don't work, which is a big hassle. Their towels are TINY. This time around, we weren't given washcloths. gross. While walking my dog, I found various parts of the exterior in disrepair. Positive points: The staff is friendly and because the hotel is close to a church, I feel safe walking my dog, which is why I subject myself to the hotel's inadequacies when I come into town to visit family and friends. I just wish the Marriott brand cared enough to bring this hotel up to its standard.

Good location

Shortage on towels the night I stayed, was informed ownership tends to cut back on things and towels seems to be something that runs low. Was advised to voice my thoughts so a change can be done.

"Worst stay ever. "

When we arrived they were having some sort of computer problems. It took 20 minutes to get us checked in. The girl at the desk was understandably frustrated but we didn’t get any explanation of the problem or apology for the inconvenience. The furniture in the was stained and dirty the room had a terrible smell. There were also no wash rags in the room. They allow pets and we heard dogs barking half the night.
