I just left the hotel after my second stay-last year at this time and now. As always it was wonderful. The location is great and the rooms and bathrooms are lovely. I would also like to say that the housekeeping is excellent. The room where breakfast is served ( which also is the dining room) is really lovely and overlooks the water. I want to say a special thanks to Emanuele, Luciano and Adriano who went out of their way to provide warm, informative service as well as a heartfelt welcome back. They certainly made my stay a nicer experience. For anyone going to Ortigia this hotel is an excellent choice.

部屋をジュニアスイートで3部屋予約しましたが、まったく違い、階段しか上がれない屋根裏部屋でした。トランクを運ぶスタッフも無く、フロント対応も酷く、部屋を変えてもらう交渉に１時間かかり、やっとスタンダードの部屋に案内されましたが、狭くシャワーはチョロチョロしか出ず、最悪でした。とにかく何を言ってもブッキングドットコムに言えと言われました。返金をお願いします。

Elegant, historic hotel that is truly grand. Wonderful breakfast. Location allows easy exploration of Ortigia by foot. Dinner on the terrace is a treat.
