Very close to all facilities

The location was great and loved the spa bath on the top balcony.

Getting in and out of the complex/apartment was a mission, there are a lot of pool gates to get to your door. The apartment wasn’t super clean, the rug that they have in the apartment was one of those fluffy rugs that everything gets stuck in. We had to roll it up as it had hair and bits of food in it. The sliding doors for the bedroom and bathroom wasn’t working properly. The unit also had super limited cups & cutlery, they didn’t have a proper cutting knife only bread knives. There is construction on both sides of the building, so very noisy. Property just needs a bit of TLC and very thorough clean.

Lovely managers, pool and spa were awesome. Great location. 2 min walk to tram station.

Had construction outside which made things a bit noisy and complicated. But that is not their fault.

I liked the location as the trams were out the front and I could leave the car behind. The internet was awesome never had any trouble streaming movies. The staff were very helpful and very friendly made us feel very welcomed. The rooms were clean and comfortable. In walking distance to Pacific Fair and the beach. Even though the trams were being extended I had no trouble with noise or getting in and out of the area. All you need is your personal belongings so I look forward to being able to stay again.

No internet in the property despite the modern is working.

I was on a business trip. The internet was not working, despite there was a modem, but no internet signal when I connected to the wifi. Please fix this issue
