The location was ideal. Shops and beach in walking distance.

The location was excellent- close to all amenities and public transport

The apartment I stayed in was 2 levels. One bedroom was downstairs with the air conditioning, but it was unable to cool down the main bedroom upstairs. It meant that I could hardly spend any time in there as it was too hot and it made sleeping very hard. There was a ceiling fan and pedestal fan which helped a bit, but unfortunately not enough

Having a full kitchen, great pool and landscaping and handy to everything.

It really needs a renovation or at the very least, a deep clean as there are stains all over the carpet and the bathroom fittings work but look tarnished. Also getting around the complex is tricky, I feel that better communication and signage about how and where would improve customer experience. If there was a fire, I wouldn’t want to be here as the exit flow is not obvious. They also have weird reception times. They’re not in the office on Sundays and when I went to drop off the key at 8am on a weekday, the office wasn’t open. They are strict about customers getting rid of all rubbish once you vacate but it sure isn’t easy to do. You have to do it at the back of the building, outside complex with several locked doorways/gates.

We loved our stay here. The apartment was lovely! Clean, spacious and organised. Also well equipped. The managers are lovely as well and went above and beyond to accomodate an early check in. We appreciate it!
