Direkte Strandlage, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal und Topp ausgestattet

Our stay at Ferrer concord was exceptional. The location is perfect being on the beach, yet it’s not noisy (other than the wonderful sound of crashing waves). The beach itself is nice, there are sunbeds which must be paid for but it’s easier to just use the free hotel sunbeds and pop to the sea for a swim since it’s so close! Even after the entertaining morning stampede for sun beds, there were some left. It was clean, one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed. The food was tasty and enough variety even for a picky eater like myself. Lots of vegetarian options if that’s your thing. Food was of good quality. Breakfast and evening meal is at this hotel, lunch is only available in the partner hotel across the road which wasn’t a problem. We had the gold all inclusive package and there was a good amount of free drinks available including a handful of cocktails - though I must add that all inclusive cocktails were not the same as if you pay for them. But I thought they tasted great so all good. I think hotel entertainment etc might have been at the partner hotel across the road. Not something which interested us so can’t comment on that. It felt like Janero was the noisier hotel with more children etc, while Concord was the quieter peaceful hotel. The staff are friendly and do an amazing job. Cleaners keep everything spotless. Kitchen staff serve amazing food. Reception staff friendly and informative.The bar staff work hard so there’s little to no wait for a drink which is great.

hôtel de bonne facture, super emplacement, buffet petit déjeuner varié et de qualité. Hôtel donnant sur la plage, salle de sport super bien équipée, buanderie dans l'hôtel, possibilité de douche le jour du départ tardif.

Chambres donnant sur rue assez bruyantes, pas possibilité d'avoir un grand lit, frigo HS a l'arrivée (remplacé en 2 jours), moquettes des couloirs des chambres a nettoyer.

Sehr schönes Hotel am Ende der Promenade. Ruhig gelegen. Eins der vorhandenen 4 Zimmer mit doppel Balkon bekommen. Groß und geräumige. Betten bequem, Badezimmer Groß und sauber. Poolanlage ausreichend, genügend Liegen vorhanden und das Mittelmeer direkt vor der Tür. Neben dem Strandabschnitt sehr schöne Wanderwege. Schöner großer Fitnessraum. Alles im Allen ein schöner, ruhiger, erholsamen Urlaub. Nettes Personal, alle sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit. Danke.🥰

Es gab nicht viel auszusetzen. Der Eine ist mit dem Essen nicht einverstanden, der Andere mit dem Getränken. Aber Geschmäcker sind ja bekanntlich unterschiedlich.

Das Hotel super toll, Personal sehr Freundlich, Essen gut, Lage auch ok!

1.Obwohl überall steht KEINE Liegen mit den Handtüchern belegen wurde das von dem respeklosen Volk NICHT wahrgenommen! 2. Mir wurde einmal die Kurtaxe bei der Ankunft in Rechnung gestellt, und bei der Abreise noch einmal, leider ein großer minus Punkt für das! 😔 Schade!

La vue sur la mer. La propreté. Petit déjeuner et dîner parfait Le personnel est très professionnel merci à Sylvia qui parlé français et très à l'écoute.

Juste des points à améliorer. Pouvoir boire des cocktails dans des vrais verres que ceux en plastique dans les salons extérieurs l'après-midi. Pouvoir avoir une bouteille de vin au bar car ce n'est pas proposé à la carte. Une petite musique en fond les après midi piscine . Le soir , un petit orchestre ou groupe pour finir la soirée. Petit bémol , être obligé de sortir du complexe pour profiter du spa mais très bon espace de bien être
