The staff was wonderful - always friendly, smiling, and very helpful. The food was delicious and varied every day. The massages were excellent, and the pool was great as well. The animation team was very engaged and really took care of the guests, making the atmosphere even more enjoyable.

A very small minus for communication. During check-in I provided the details for the invoice, but on the day of departure I had to provide them again. Also, during check-in it turned out that the prices on Booking were different from the actual prices. Fortunately, the final amount was lower, which was a nice surprise, but it’s still worth improving the communication.

Swimming pool. SPA. Animation. Everything was wonderful! The hotel is truly an amazing place for a family vacation. The atmosphere, service, and overall experience were fantastic.

The only small suggestion I would make is to improve the communication regarding the difference between All Inclusive and Half Board, as we were almost charged for drinks during meals with the Half Board option. However, this is just a minor remark - everything else was excellent, and we really enjoyed our stay. We would happily come back! 😊
