We did not get new towels everyday or Garbage pick up or re stock on coffee supplies. I can live with changing sheets everyother day but the rest should be done daily

We have stayed at this property many times. Always wondered why nobody was in the pool. I know now… it was dirty AND something had died in the trashcan. It was so bad I couldn’t stand to be outside. Told the desk person and she said that she would pass it on to maintenance and it was their problem now!! Unacceptable. The room we were in needed an update bad. If they do just a few little things it will be a great experience again.
