Everything. This was suppose to be 4 stars, I would give it a 2 at best. The office told me that they were open till 7pm, that never happened. There were never any towles for the pool. WIFI did not work in my room My room was not cleaned for the time I was there There was nowhere to eat The pool was too warm

The unfriendly receptionist, no wifi in the room, cockroach everywhere, 2004 milk in the fridge, mouldy bathroom….. I would actually want a refund with this uncomfortable stay. One night is even too long to stay

Bed was comfortable to sleep in and AC cooled the room very quickly after a long day out in the heat in Cairns!

The toilet on how it was facing towards the shower, the space was too small but still good. Hot water took a while to heat up too and couldn’t connect to the wifi.
