Pessoal gentil e café da manhã incluído na reserva. Localização do hotel é boa.

Muito barulho, pouca ação dos recepcionistas para falar com os hóspedes barulhnetos. Quarto não estava bem limpo e não era bem varrido. A pia estava entupida e a água do box também não escoava bem.

A localização é excelente, poucos minutos de distância do calçadão de Copacabana. As instalações são antigas, principalmente o banheiro, mas é bem limpo.

Os recepcionistas são secos e não tem aquele acolhimento que eu sempre espero quando estou em uma cidade que eu não conheço. Durante o meu checkout presenciei um deles sendo grosseiro com um rapaz da manutenção que limpava alguma coisa atras do balcão naquele momento e não achei de bom tom, ainda mais na presença de hospedes.
