This was the perfect surrounding for us as we traveled to attend the memorial service of a dear and gentle friend ... an unforgettable and lovely experience as we were surrounded by the beauty and peace that took us back in time ... a time that included courtesy, sensitivity, graciousness and hospitality that were repeatedly delivered with the grandeur and pace of the Victorian age including the beauty of gardens and the relaxation of deep porch sitting, visiting with amiable people who became friends and welcomed us during a time when their soothing ways were most appreciated!
